BMW M3 E30 Sport Evolution
In 1990, BMW introduced its version of the E30 M3, the Sport Evolution, also known as the Evo III. The S14 inline four-cylinder engine was enlarged to 2.5 litres and was capable of producing 238 hp. The Sport Evolution also featured some cosmetic changes, such as larger openings for the front bumper and an adjustable rear spoiler. Only 600 examples were produced, making this car one of the most desirable examples of the M3.
In Spain, 28 units officially arrived, of which 13 were in red and 15 in black.
This BMW M3 Sport Evolution was delivered new to Walther Sauermann SA in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
The current owner acquired the car in 2010 and has since done approximately 5,000 of the 188,000 kilometres.
He painted it 5 years ago in its original colour ‘Misano Red’ (308).
It left the factory with cloth upholstery and was reupholstered in black leather.
